Adorable, 1 bedroom and 1 full bath cottage with CENTRAL AC and enclosed sunporch. Unit was fully renovated in 2021 and has a lot to offer at an affordable price. The sunporch entry provides an abundance of natural light for reading or for watching a game of tennis across the way at the onsite tennis court. The sunporch provides entry into the living room which is equipped with WI-FI and Xfinity Stream. A newly installed mini split with heat and AC.
